Construction without required building permits will result in a non-negotiable penalty fee as follows:
1. If the construction is less than 200 square feet the penalty is $ 25.00
2. If the construction is at least 200 square feet by less than 900 square feet, the penalty is $250.00
3. If the construction is 900 square feet or larger the penalty is $500.00
