The following information is required to obtain a marriage license:

Marriage Worksheet- Bride /Groom / Spouse Worksheet

Proof of Age - Birth Certificate, etc.

Proof of Identification - a Drivers License, passport, etc.

Social Security card

If Previously Married the following are needed:

Divorce Decree - Stamped Copy where Recorded
Annulment Papers - Stamped Copy where Recorded
Death Certificate - Copy

A marriage license has a twenty four hour waiting period and is good for sixty days.
